Check out the two files attached. One is notes on how to find missing angles in quadrilaterals. The other is a worksheet (no need to print) with answers so you can check your solutions. I recommend checking each question as you do them.
If you have a textbook home you can try p.152 Q.2,3 and more challenging questions Q. 5, 6, 7

There is a quiz posted to review solving an equation for y when given a value for x. thatquiz: Review Algebra Substitutions (Solve for y)
ex. y= 4x-5 , when x=4
y= 4(4) -5 substitute 4 in for x value and evaluate
y= 16 - 5
y= 9

In this video there is a demonstartion showing the sum of angles in a triangle. You can try it for yourself. Use a straight edge and try different types of triangles. Don't worry if you don't have coloured paper, just mark the angles of each triangle so you don't mix them up with other triangles.

Try this game after doing the previous activities on classifying triangles. The game needs flash and will not work on ipads or iphones.
