Dear Parents and Students,

I hope everyone is well and ready to get moving at home!  The circumstances are not ideal, but I know you will all make the best of your time at home.  Remember, what you do will not be graded for report card purposes.  You are being active because you want to and you know it is important for your future success, health and well being.  In my document below I have provided you with various resources and ideas to help with keeping physically active and healthy. Although, please note that there is no pressure from EWG or from me to complete all of the assigned activities. I highly encourage you to be active for at least 30 minutes per day. Trust me, you CAN do it!

Please reach out via email if you have any questions or if you just want to say hi.  My e-mail is krista.betts@nbed.nb.ca

Be safe and happy exercising!

Ms. Betts

Hi Everyone,

When the administration of the school district announces the commencement of online lessons, the Language Arts Team will begin posting assignments and links to the Language Arts Tab. If you are in my Language Arts class (6EN1) please visit the Language Arts tab at the top of the home page for optional at home assignments.

For Physical Education, I will be posting a variety of optional physical activities directly on my teacher page. There will be options to access Youtube videos, websites, simple activities, etc. Physical Education Canada is also going to be launching a Home Learning Centre in the near future which will be helpful for all.

Most improtantly, I hope that you are all doing well and being safe! Don't forget to get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and stay active.

Miss you all,

Ms. Betts

Please return this form to Ms. Betts if you are participating in any afterschool sports or activities
