Hello Parents/Guardians:

Please see the following plan for delivery of At Home Learning starting on Monday, November 1. This is a very fluid situation, and things may change or evolve quickly depending on the duration of the work stoppage, and directives from EECD. Your continued patience and flexibility are greatly appreciated.

At Home Learning Plan (11/01/2021):

1. Teachers will upload class assignments/instructions to the Microsoft Teams Platform by 9:00 am each morning. Attendance will be determined by student logins, completed assignments and contact with teacher.

2. Teachers will remain accessible on teams throughout the school day, stopping for break from 10:00-10:30 am and lunch from 12:00 – 1:00pm. Academic classes will stop at 2:00 and teachers will have a preparation period from 2:00 – 3:00pm.

3. Students may reach out to teachers through email (*the same one used to sign into teams), and teams chats from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Students may reach out to any of their teachers at any time during the timeframe outlined above.

4. If students do not have the capacity to access At Home Learning due to technology issues, please reach out to the school to make alternative arrangements. There may not be someone available to answer the phone but leave a message with your contact number and someone will get back to you.
